Hoy terminé un libro y eso siempre es algo that leaves you thinking. Porque aunque no sea una obra maestra, siempre tiene que ver con cerrar algo. It deals with reading the last word and closing the book. Knowing that it's over. Y que finalmente puede uno pronunciarse con conocimiento suficiente.
I liked this one. Es tan poco ambicioso. Es tan no moralista. Con una estética tan simple. Above all, with such an ellaborate handling and building of images. Perhaps that's the best thing of all. To see things coming together visually. Escenas que forman una sucesión de eventos visualizables y que no pretenden más que eso, mostrar. Pasar como una película. Which is something this book's got; a movie environment makes you feel texts in a different way, one which is much more loose. Aún no termino de procesar bien el libro, como para hacer una descripción más precisa de lo que hace que sea tan agradable. Because it's not mind-blowing in a sense that will make you shiver. Pero me alegra demasiado haberlo leído.
